Delete Your Account

Self-service removal of your Departures Connection account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Enter the email address you used to register below.
  2. We'll send a 6-digit verification code to that email (valid for 10 minutes).
  3. Enter the code and click Delete my account.
  4. Your account is removed immediately. You'll see a confirmation message.

⚠ Active subscriptions are NOT cancelled automatically. Deleting your account here removes your access, but does not stop recurring billing on Google Play or Stripe. Please cancel your subscription separately:
  • Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Departures Connection → Cancel
  • Stripe: contact [email protected] with your transaction ID

依法保留的数据

类别保留期依据
支付交易记录（交易 ID、金额、套餐、付款时间）7 年美国税法（IRS）及反洗钱法规（FinCEN）要求商户保留财务记录。
诊断日志（仅当您主动通过"上报日志"上传时）90 天用于服务端故障排查；非主动上传不会收集。
⚠ 有效订阅不会自动取消。 在此删除账户只会移除您的访问权限，不会停止 Google Play 或 Stripe 上的循环扣款。请另外取消订阅：
  • Google Play：Play 商店 → 头像 → 付款和订阅 → 订阅 → Departures Connection → 取消
  • Stripe：联系 [email protected]，附上交易 ID
